I remember watching an episode of the People's Court (yeah I know not a real court room, but she is a mediator nonetheless and the rulings are binding nonetheless), and someone did something similar with some picture of a cell phone. The person lost because the description of the size was wrong, and hence is was false advertising.
I don't have a time machine, I'm in today when I viewed it, and today is Monday, and while there might be some people who are still in yesterday, I am not.
I thought about this, and wondered if that is truly the way the TNG issue uniforms were designed, it must be trouble putting them on in the morning. It's pretty difficult to zip up a zipper on your back. So how exactly would they get time on everyday if the Star Trek universe was real? Do they ask someone in the hallway to zip them up. It would be kind of embarrassing, especially since there was over 1,000 or so crew members on the Enterprise-D, it's impossible to know everyone personally.

I'm sorry, but a movie actress should know California due to the fact that most major movie studios are in LA, even if Harry Potter isn't shot in the US.
