Also I'd like to add that I went back and changed my vote to a one after all these months, simply because I finally learned the science of how the brain reacts when it dies. Goes back to my previous argument, and also, you made the claim that drugs keep people doped up: on the contrary, it is the brain that does it on its own, firing off all sorts of chemical imbalances in its death throes. It is similar to overdosing on hallucinatory drugs. So yeah. Get out.
I know you're trying to spread a good message, but this is not the place to do so. 1'd for religious website, but +1 for not outwardly attacking non-Christians and instead trying to send of message of love and not hate.
-- by our societies. After all, every single last one of those dying people you mentioned lived in Christian societies, where Christian afterthoughts were engrained in their subconcious. Nothing more than social conditioning. A valiant effort though for those who believe Christianity, even if you take no real logic into regard. 3'd.
Funny how you say that all these people saw the same thing before dying, therefore it must be true. After all, when you ask people what a wise human would look like, what would you say? An old man with a beard and soft demeanor? What would you think of when you think of a caring person? Perhaps a mother?
Needless to say, I like how this superstitious YTMND was constructed. It was eerie to us because it goes into the psychological backbone of humans and the collective unconcious that is produced--
The effort is noble, but you would probably make a bigger difference in the world going out on missionary trips rather than running self-important crusades on the internet.
5'd for tearing down the argument of an idiot trying to use science to prove what exists beyond science. -1 because I'm sick of all these religious ytmnds. Still, good stuff.
