Well, the PS3 might be an overpriced POS that will never go anywhere, but Sony will keep drudging on. They do happen to be a multibillion dollar corporation, and they have a lot of spread in other parts of the tech industry. I've got a set of head phones right next to me with their brand on it. I doubt the PS3 will kill sony, but it will definately hurt them.
Freedom of expression prohibits and should only prohibit (so far as slander goes) the unfounded and unnecessary slander of an individual insofar that it has no truth to it.
