The term New World Order was expressed several times in recent history, with regard to what appeared to be a dramatic change in world political thought and international balance of power - closed.

Who first used the term was widely President Woodrow Wilson, in immediately after the First World War, during the creation of the League of Nations. "War to end all wars" was a strong catalyst for international politics, and many felt that the world simply can not continue to operate as before.
