The term New World Order was expressed several times in recent history, with regard to what appeared to be a dramatic change in world political thought and international balance of power - closed.
Who first used the term was widely President Woodrow Wilson, in immediately after the First World War, during the creation of the League of Nations. "War to end all wars" was a strong catalyst for international politics, and many felt that the world simply can not continue to operate as before. Term disappears when we use it is clear that the League does not create such order, and there again a few times during the creation of the United Nations. After the Cold War the term was expressed by many, among them prominent former U.S. president George HW Bush. Their feeling was that the end of the Cold War will be dramatic effects on the global balance of power, including hope for the end marks the beginning of a new era of international cooperation through the United Nations.[/code]
