Foolish Mortals. A ytmnd doesn't have to be "funny". If this site were all comedy, it would be pretty boring. So just take that uptight attitude and shove it. Effort? You can never put too much effort into a YTMND, especially considering those that said this was too much are the ones that whine that others are "lacking in effort". SHOVE IT! I disagree. This YTMND is most definitely supposed to be entertaining or at least very fun to watch and listen to. It's a parody of Cowboy Bebop, and parodies are supposed to be funny. Of course, I do imagine some of these people haven't seen the CB intro (even though I linked to it) and thus don't get it at all. But effort means nothing if it's not funny or entertaining. If effort is what matters, then I guess Star Wars episode II is a 5-star film.
i don't think anything more needs to (or can) be said about this site. but i will anyway. far and away my favorite ytmnd ever. you got everything right. everything. if i could vote more than 5, this would be the only site i'd do it for. many congratulations on an inspired idea and execution that goes beyond what ytmnd probably deserves.
This is pure genius! Each and every piece of hilarity was executed perfectly with the music, creating a funny-bone breaking collage of pure laugh-matter. Man, I was on the floor when I heard this! I'd say I love ya, but I ain't that kind of guy! You deserve my eternal five, no wait, then for being a pure genius! People like you need to become president, dammit!
