In case you haven't noticed, YTMND.com is a comedy web site. Thus, you should not be taking it as seriously as you are. I am not defiling the Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame was always meaningless. The only thing that would truly defile the Hall of Fame is a site that HAS meaning. The only problem here is that a lot of people find this funny and you don't.
SirLemming... may I call you sir? Of course I can. I agree with everything you're saying, but you should at least take some time to thank the people who point out qualities instead of just bitching at the people who are retarded. In my opinion, this is a good concept, but it has simply amazing craftsmanship. You're gifted. Or bored. Or something.
Well, I think it's a given that I'm thankful for the good scores, but I can't exactly clog up the comments page thanking everyone. I respond to the comments that seem to warrant a response. Most often those are the negative ones, because they raise questions about the site. Hence I don't respond to EVERY negative critique of the site, just the ones I have a problem with, the ones that have an implicit argument. I don't respond to "I didn't think it was funny."
