Ahaha..."Sampling" my ass. Well alright, I'll humour you - but here's a clue, SAMPLES STILL NEED TO BE CLEARED. If it's not cleared, that means it's *ILLEGAL*. Deal with it.
Tempest holds copyright to this song the instant he created it. He did *NOT* give it to the Public Domain (which is a different thing entirely) - he simply gave up his rights to pay for people to listen to it. If Timbaland claims all copyright for the song ("Exclusive, original ringtone!") then he violated Copyright Law. That's it.
He. Broke. The. Law.
But hey, "Screw the rules, I have money!"
"You MUST put up the definition of "Fair Game.""
Yes! 5/5. Jesus Christ, this Scientology crap is getting out of hand, and we're seeing it right before our eyes.
Oh...I always thought Hot Butter was just an alias of his, but now I found out it was actually Stan Free's alias. But now I'm flooding this place too much...
Well, yes I guess I did steal it, I had no idea if it was even a professional remix or not, and considering it's ancient and prolific electronica, my personal belief of me ever finding it legit was slim to none. So bear with me.
I'm pretty sure I didn't steal it, considering I made it myself in Audition. And I asked MANY a person about the remixer beforehand, I guess I just got the wrong information.
