It isn't about "him." So what if he found the image somewhere else? That doesn't make it less funny, and the "fail" noise is the best fit. Also, it isn't about "all black people look alike." If you're saying that it must be because you believe it. Substitute the reporter with Colin Powel, Martin L. King Jr., Jessie Jackson, 50 cent, or any black male of your choice and see if there is still a humorous resembelance. (Hint, there isn't, it'sthis man and this sketch, if it was a white guy it'd still be funny)
