The only thing scary about this place is all of the crackheads who sleep there at night. Teenagers think they are ghosts making sounds. I'll never forget what my best friends father (who happens to be a cop who patrolled the Byberry area) told my friend and I when we were talking about it one day:
"Don't go in there. Ever. There are no ghosts. Just crack addicts. With knives. Trust me, you'll get stabbed."
