"I'm pretty sure "dinosaur" was never part of our evolutionary chain"
Those aren't dinosaurs, or modern reptiles. They are Synapsids. Our ancient ancestors.
Counting all atheists as one category is like counting all people that don't drink milk as one category. It makes no sense at all. But don't worry about whetstone and Catholics: his brand of Jack Chick religious nuttiness considers Catholics to be just as bad as everyone else.
You are aware that Mac has supported multi button mice all along, right? The claimed innovation is the the "single button look." Not exactly super exicting, but you taking marketing boilerplate overly seriously is your own problem.
Folks, marking something not work safe when the only not work safe part is the TITLE which is viewed regardless of whether it's nws or not is about the dumbest idea anyone has ever had.
Yet again, something that would take a minute or so to read, presented in a way that takes like 17 minutes, and is incredibly pompous to boot. Yes, lots of people believe all sorts of different things, including when they die. SNORE.
"Why is it so hard to concede that there is a higher intelligence than
you? why is it so hard to think that MAYBE you aren't the highest point in
the world?"
What a dumbass argument. People don't believe in god because there is no evidence, not because they are arrogant. I don't believe in god, and I ALSO don't think I am the smartest or most important thing in the universe.
OmniIcyshelf, don't be a moron. It got a five because it called whetstone a douche, which is what he is. Sagan would agree. You don't have to be religious to be a douche, you just have to be whetstone.
lol for people who can't read and missed the point (which is not that religion is bad, but that people who say NON religious people are bad are DOUCHEBAGS) No one needs to "counter" whetstones sites: they sink on their own bullcrap, lies, and arguments so dumb that anyone can see they aren't worth the time it took to sit through it.
"Does anyone else think it's interesting that the
order that things were created in Genesis is EXACTLY THE SAME as the order
that scientists say the universe formed and life evolved?"
Wrong.

All this ytmnd says is that whetstone is a douche and that non-believers are more than capable of doing great things, thinking great thoughts, having an awe and wonder and respect for life and the universe around us. whetstone, at base, does not believe that, and all his work is premised on the idea that non-believers are fundamentally flawed. What's more insulting than that?
"Never, not once, did I ever see Whetstone make a
deliberate attack on people who disagreed with him and his views. "
Good grief, he made and sponsored a ytmnd which basically alleges that non-believers are all hypocrites which will all come screaming and begging to god in the end, and that they'd better... or else. There is quite litterally, NOTHING, more evil and nasty than the eternal torment whetstone's religion promises.
"The absence of evidence is never the evidence of absence."
No one is claiming that it is. The absence of evidence is simply a good enough reason to say "there is no reason to believe your claims."
Atheism isn't an ideology: it's the lack of a PARTICULAR ideology: theism. Non-believers are thus because they don't have reason to believe the claims of some.
His points have been addressed so many times that there is little point anymore. He isn't going to get it. Instead, marvel and be humbled at a universe far vaster and more mysterious than any simplistic ideology or pat fantasy can ever capture.
"Wow, fived. For continuing to post this and other similar YTMNDs (despite
such enormous opposition), you're a hero of mine. God bless you."
Right, because there is nothing more heroic than being an annoying *ssh*l*e... persistently.
