that loading screen only happens to me on co-op , and its still seamless even when it says it. ( it does warp the 2nd player closer to you though since it only happens at a checkpoint, asuming he is behind you)

Adverb, i do know you can use the gamecube controller still. it plugs into the back. they also will be releasing a controller that works for all the backwards compatable games that plugs into the remote thing. i am not uneducated on this.
