Both the Islamic and American stereotypes you gave had a little truth, but you're failing to see is that where as Americans can be fat (OH NOES IT JUST HURTS THEM!), radical Islamics seem to want to kill everyone besides themselves. Oh wait, they suicide bomb themselves also; nevermind. Also, note that being lazy wouldn't result in having the strongest economy in the world-- just a thought.

How is the content related... lets put the clues together: (1) Same person in the picutre, with the same facial expression (2) Same exact music (3) 'Cry for us Sadam' and 'Sad Sadam' imply the same message.
