look, gun politics aside, Charlton Heston is an American Icon. but i don't feel that this is necesarrily disrespectful to him - Heston himself had a pretty brash personality, and if you make famous a phrase involving your own cold dead hands, you kind of have to expect that someone's gonna crack a joke about it after you go. yeah, if someone said this to one of his family members, or if the site was more along the lines of "haha, good riddance! Heston is dead!" that would be disrespectful.

look, both of your sites talk about the same event, the death of Charlton Heston, but each has a completely different take on it, and a completely different joke. you most definitely did not make this site.

i think that the hate against this site is an shows emo-hating has gone too far. it's an interesting take on a classic song (if you think about it, the lyrics are surprisingly dark) with good artwork (tho i admit it may not be everyone's style). but because the site designer takes a moodier approach than we are used to on YTMND, people call him an emo-f*g. i don't like emos either, but that doesn't mean that *any* expression of emotion is going to lead to breakdown of humor, rock, and life as we know it.

what's really great is how you managed to find all these photos with Colbert making different *facial* expressions, but the eyebrow stays the same.
