Did you record this in Audacity? I ask because whenever I record audio-out in it, it sounds exactly like this, slightly slowed down and sometimes with random clicks and stuff in it. To fix the speed problem, go to Pitch and increase it by 7&. Although it is funnier because he sounds even sadder this way.
