oh, i get it! while at first the viewer believes that the pic is just oversized, in reality it is not. However, the suggestion of hair reminds the viewer that there is someone in the picture, but actually revealing them would ruin the mystery of the ytmnd, which is vital to its nature, since it contrasts the more obvious nature of the text ("hello"). jk. 1d but resize maybe.
