Best advice after watching the YouTube video, is to use less "uh" and "and..." in your public speaking. Im not being a prick or anything, just saying that that is something people really notice when someone's in the spotlight. It makes you appear unsure of yourself and what you're saying. Which in turn makes other unsure of you. Best of luck.
