It's from the animated film Paprika, about psychological researchers using a device that allows one to enter another's dream. It's like a form of therapy, but then the film starts exploring the crazy split personality of the protagonist, and there's some strange trippy mystery surrounding a conflict with one of them, but taking place in one anothers' heads. I saw the movie, but it's kind of complicated and I don't remember it. It was great though. Oh, and Tom Jones kicks ass.
