The letter was rather polite, why not just delete the those urls?

If data was able to bend a metal rod, he should easily be able to break a terminal.

What about shared ip addresses, how do you determine if someone actually has more than one account. And I don't think posting user's passwords is a good idea--a lot of people use the same password for their e-mail login etc.
