The shoop is all wrong. The original goatse - non-reverse - you see from the outside in, and his hands are placed over his rear with his fingers hooking his anus open. From the outside, his wedding ring is visible, meaning that the outside of his hands are facing outside his rectum. Only the tops of his fingers past the first or second knuckle - where the wedding ring would be - are actually inside the *ssh*le, so looking from the inside out, you'd see those segments of the fingers hooked in only.
