I am trying to fiz the audio, but nothing I do is working; the local file plays fine, but when I submit its really sped up... I'm asking if anyone knows what the problem is...

I know the audio is really sped up and stuff, but I have no idea why. I've tried about 5 different ways to get the audio to play at the correct tempo, but it never works, any suggestions?
