The 4 West African dots may be the capitals of Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger but I'm not so sure. The question is why do these dots correspond to places in the middle of assnowhere in Siberia, Kamchatka and Arctic Canada?

one of the dots next to Slave Lake is a town called Rocher River. Google satellite images show there's some weird facility in the area. Also the dot in Siberia is way further away from former gulag Noril'sk, it's either a town called Khatanga or Kirbey. The satellite photos out there are total sh*t though.

why the hell are there a bunch of dots around hudson bay and great slave lake? there's nobody living there. not to mention noril'sk and petropavlovsk-kamchatsky in Russia are out in the middle on bumf*ck
