Whether that nerdy looking kid is you or not, this thing is top notch in editing.

Made me laugh a bit at the concept. Instead of using MS Paint to fix it though, I suggest using photoshop to increase the size of the Raptor head. Generally speaking, only use MS Paint for very small fill ins.
Just for an example, heres one I did:
