http://www.insc.anl.gov/pwrmaps/map/world_map.html Now that is strange almsot looks exactly like the map on the deployment tracker they have on their site. I suspect three things realistically, One it's a new kind of torrent tracker thats not centralized, viral marketing for a new product, or a push for cleaner energies or something the like.
