5 for Blizzard's screwing around.
And Nites, I think you're thinking of the last boss in Doom.
"You must defeat me, John Carmack"
Which is true because if you noclip into the boss, the actual part that takes damage is John Carmack's head on a pike.
Played? Why be pissed off. This was a damn good test in how people react to what they don't know. Especially when it appears ominous. This, as a website, just won thousands of internets.
It's a pretty decent ARG/Viral Marketing campaign. Very unlikely it's a cyberterrorism attack. Possible? Yes. Probable? No. None the less it's something fun to do. Though it might be interesting to see some one try to pull off propogation of a virus through viral marketting. I'd like to see how succesful it is.
While it may be hard to believe that the stroke was induced by other scientoligists, it's a pretty dramatic change in attitude. Especially when this attitude is a view about something he's done for nine years. It is possible he was simply coverring up what he really felt, or more likely that he was pressured into the reaction.
And knowing scientologist's actions it's pretty safe to say it was most likely at least pressuring on Isaac if nothing else.
Don't worry. We just have to bounce our signal through InterNIC and 30 banks. Then we can look at all their stuff and they can never catch us.
This is probably viral marketting, but it's pretty good viral marketting.
