"What happened"....that's right. I miss funny shit that people didn't dox you for or censor you just because they're offended. Something fundamentally changed with the internet and society, and it's not good.
Update: Brian J. Peppers passed away on Feb. 7, 2012. https://www.dignitymemorial.com/obituaries/toledo-oh/brian-peppers-499 3862 I felt the need to update since he was a massive part of this community. Godspeed, child full of dreams. You may dream once more.
There are serious allegations that this movie actually had animals killed during the production. The American Humane Society reported that as many as 27 cats were killed during production, and probably a significant number of dogs too. They did not find this out until much later because the movie was made in Japan, a nation known for a terrible animal rights stance. Look it up.
There is a movie called Safety Not Guaranteed coming out, and it was picked up for distribution at Sundance. By the accounts of the early viewings, it should do well. However, I want to share with you the truth. I feel sorry in a way for having to post this, because I kinda want to believe that there is some crazy mullet-headed time traveler out there waiting to take people to the past. But maybe since there's a movie coming out, it's probably best to close this chapter anyway. I give you, the real limit-pusher, writer John Silveira.
Since nobody will probably go to page 5, I'll post this here too.

Winter Garden...represent! We did get sleet about a month ago though. It almost shut down the city, it was so cold. Like that stuff that builds up on the ceiling of your freezer.

I'm single now, so I have the time. Good to be back.
This one is so random I have to give it a 5. Keep them coming!
