I've actually tried to track down the guy who's made this. I was referred to a Japanese site, but apparently the guy doesn't run the site anymore, and he's pretty much disappeared. As to the "not my work" comment? 99% of the stuff on YTMND isn't the work of the poster... even the high-rated stuff. For example, the Blue Ball Machine was not posted by SA, the folks who made it, IIRC.

While the image wasn't created by the submitter, this image is definitely one of the top 2 Zidane edits (along with the Castro edit also from the SA forums). Combined with the music, it definitely deserves a 5. Plus, Azumanga is the funniest comic strip ever created. Well, maybe second... Calvin and Hobbes is pretty close.
