Yes and no. The concept isn't new, however the family portion is (so I'm assuming that's why it's "new", got to love the new and improved oxymoron). This makes me miss the late 80s early 90s on Nick, hell, the early 90s on TV in general. So many great shows.

Jeebus, I'm sick of you guys complaining that I'm b****ing about steam/have no knowledge about computers/etc.. I've said before I love the idea behind steam. It works great for distributing games and content. I'm just merely explaining the bad times when steam did have huge bugs like this. Settle down fan boys, it's just a YTMND.

the error was from somebody trying to backup Counter-Strike Source game files, not updating the game.

I don't mind steam, it's a great idea, but some parts are still buggy as hell. And power-mad, I took a screenie of that steam window last night (and photoshop some text out of it), and I don't think much has changed since then =P.
