almost accurate, except the alley would have OVER NINE THOUSAAAAAAND people in it, they would all be black with suits and afros, and some of them would be dragging losers out of the club, spitting on them, and forcing them to look at guro.
I just spent five minutes reading up on fair use law on Wikipedia, so I'd say I'm fully qualified to make far-reaching and definitive legal statements about this case. My professional legal opinion on this matter is that everyone at Sega is retarded. Not only is the Sonic site clearly a parody, but Sega's stated goal in this letter is to take control of a site of 400,000 extremely vocal, net savvy, connected users who have seen the site go through legal action before--legal action that we never lose.
Sega wants to OWN the site? It's a subdomain of YTMND.com, they'd have to own YTMND.com for that to work. If Sega took over YTMND.com, think of how many people would stop buying Sega products. By 2008, Naoya Tsurumi (the CEO of Sega) will be sitting on a street corner begging for change from passers-by, shouting incoherent things about previously owning sega between sobs. And the coffee can will be empty. It's a shame they have to be such douchebags, some of their games were almost good.
Being an atheist myself, I really resent what you're claiming here. Religion plays a major role in power structures in general. Preventing their organization is a political move, and does not imply that the dictators in question are atheists. Beyond that, this is YTMND. If you must talk about your invisible wizard in the sky, do it somewhere else.
amidst the mists and fiercest frosts, with barest wrists and stoutest boasts, he thrusts his fists against the posts and still insists he sees the ghosts.
Nice presentation. That said, I hope you're not saying "oh, god exists because some guys said some stuff when they died..." I am personally an atheist. I am not consumed by crushing depression, I have no desire to kill anyone, and I made peace with the inevitability of death in childhood as everyone does in one way or another. It's nice that you have your magical invisible man in the sky to comfort you, but please don't try pushing him on other people on YTMND. Also, the music was dull and repetitive.
I am for banning the guy. I think there are a lot of people who need to be banned, though. I also think it's laughable that he claims to encourage intelligent debate and then revels in the flame wars he started.
oh damnit, now i'm not gonna get a hard-on for days. let's hope some angry wife doesn't decide to use this to get back at her husband instead of to prevent rape...
uh oh man. you make good ytmnds, but when you start using them to talk about religion and politics, no matter how well-made, they wind up with a lower score than the one i made about a man pooping earlier today.
this must have taken a lot of work, i'd be interested to see your design process. for those of you coming to the comments to see where the singers are, they are made up of a lot of other objects. they're easier to see in the thumbnail up at the top of this page.
