Nothing can carry itself in the current palette of up and coming sites. Not even the one that admits everything recently created sucks.
In fact, looking U&C, it's at an all time low. We reached a low where sites below 4 were consistently showing there like two years ago, but the situation now is that when this was made, the list displayable on the front page wasn't even full. That's how little sites were being voted on, and that was visible by looking at the recently created sites.
I'll come back in a month or something when I have another good idea and more than five minutes to work on a YTMND and make something good. Right now, it's filler-for-the-masses time.
