T5: Edison's True Story
Created on: March 11th, 2014
Thomas Edison found the fountain of youth and had help from a time traveler who gave him some futuristic things. The traveler didn't tell him the correct filament though, because the universe would explode or something. Edison had to use his own ingenuity.

This site is incorrect, and here is why. I see that you have explained away some of the anachronistic stuff in the site (i.e. the pen). However, one thing that you did not explain and that cannot be rectified is the shadows. Though there is a candle lit on the desk, in each of the shots one can see multiple shadows whose lines and angles do not move as they would with the flickering of a natural flame. Sunlight would create a single shadow, so there must be multiple non-solar ligth sources. Also, all of these shadows seem to be cast from blockage of light sources that are at least at a 45 degree angle above the "Edison" in this ytmnd. Therefore, they could only be created with light bulbs. If they are made from standard incandescents, then all this idiot would have had to do would be to yank one from a fixture above his head. If they were LED's, fluorescents, or other more modern bulbs, then what would be the point in creating a filament in the first place?
