"Seagal plays laser tag" makes no sense as a title. he's not playing laser tag, that's not what laser tag is. Seagal is fooling around with a laser pointer, and we can assume it's supposed to be funny because this laser pointer is attached to a dangerous weapon.
a more appropriate title might be "Mr. Seagal is a very strict teacher," or "Seagal takes no crap from his students," or you could even flip Seagal's role and make it "Delinquent Seagal Fools with a Laser Pointer During Class."
also, you used the lamest kind of empty-punchline title that tells you exactly what you're about to see. it's like if a stand up comedian told a joke/story with no comedic timing what-so-ever, then directed everyone's attention to a monitor then said "and now, here's what happened."
