I was hoping this would be a loop of that commercial where that guy is saying cigarette over and over and then a big fake shark jumps up and bites his arm but he doesn't notice because he's thinking about cigarettes and then he takes some Nicorette or something and then he starts screaming shark because he notices the fake shark biting his arm.
