Here's my feedback.

Your site is basically a looped YouTube video with different audio, right? You didn't make the video, and you didn't make the audio. I'm cool with that as long as you can make something new with it. For me, this isn't much different than the original video. Yeah, the audio is technically different, but it doesn't really change the concept. It's still a time-lapse of Noah aging. So this rates about a 2 for me. If you are interested in how I generally vote on sites, have a look at the comment section for rip-nujabes.ytmnd.com.

I'm not really a good representative of the average YTMND voter, though, so I'll try to address what others might think of this site. Some will automatically downvote this because the Noah thing is old and we've seen it all before. Some will automatically upvote this because the audio and image make sense together. Some will automatically downvote this because it's not funny to them. Some will automatically upvote this simply because of They Might Be Giants. Some will automatically downvote this because it's "stolen."

I'd like to also point out that a site like this would probably have done pretty well back in 2006/2007, what many consider to be the "Glory Days of YTMND." There were a lot of users who were more than happy to give 5's to anything that was halfway entertaining. Not to mention that there was far more traffic back then, meaning that rather than getting a measly 3 votes and 105 views, you'd probably have at least 20 votes and 1,000 views. Times have changed, and this place has become a bit more barren. It's much harder now to have a successful site than it used to be, in my opinion (others would disagree with me on that, though).

Anyway, sorry to go on for so long; I get long-winded sometimes. If you ever want more feedback or

Sure thing. My first sites weren't really all that great, either, but improvement did come over time. I think just making sites in general will help--you get to see how various things pan out while also getting some practice.

I don't have all the answers, but if you ever have questions, don't hesitate to PM me.

--P.S. I think it's great that we still occasionally get new users like you who actually want to be a part of YTMND (rather than, say, making the account to post a site with facebook photos to show friends).

One thought I just had about your site--

If the animation was reversed such that Noah appears to be getting younger and found some appropriate audio for it, this would make for a pretty good site (just my opinion, of course).

I think this has a good concept behind it, and it has a nice audio loop, but the image isn't very good. I think the problem is that you have to know about the video to "get" it, because Noah doesn't look that different from frame to frame; it's hard to tell where the image begins or ends, for instance. If the image were of a person slowly progressing from young adulthood to old age, it would be more effective.

Plus that gifmaker watermark looks unprofessional.

ya, i still haven't mastered making my own gifs yet, so I've been just using online converters lol. And i wish I could have had all the pictures of Noah because like you said, it doesn't look like he's ageing at all.
