Pop-Blart is the last Toaster Pastry Cop in the entire world. But after he is framed for sexually assaulting a little girl in the mouth, Pop-Blart begins to unravel a conspiracy involving a group of mysterious Strudel people who may have been the ones responsible for setting him up.
