I am currently drinking 12 pack of PBR. It actually goes down easy, and the taste is far better than most similarly priced beers. Normally I prefer craft beers, but if I'm just trying to get drunk PBR is the way to go. The flavour is very neutral and isn't very strong, unlike such beers as schlitz or steel reserve. It also goes down easier the more you drink it, while most cheap beers have a rancid aftertaste that grows stronger with further consumption. PBR is for the man that is too white for malt liquor, too broke for the fancy stuff, and too good for Budweiser.
If you're lucky you can find this at concerts for like $2.50 a pint. A fraction of the usual price of concert drinks, and far easier to get drunk on than other cheap offerings.

I'm still pissed that all these fucking hipsters started drinking PBR. that was my fucking staple long before you fuckers started cashing in the check your parents send you to buy a 12 pack. I have grown fond of Carling black label here recently. While it can't take the title belt from PBR, it is still a good drinking beer. @ < $12.00 a case, the price is right.
