take a guess. probably around none. my point is, sites don't need to be reposted. unless you're shock and awe alt-bombed, a good site will do well. not to mention every time someone reposts, it takes a valuable slot on the recently made front page away from a site that is now in danger of going unnoticed.
I beg to differ, some of my most viewed sites have been reposts. Sometimes the first time you post you get screwed. Take this site for instance. The first time I posted it it got 64 views. The second time it made it to U+C and stayed there all day. YTMND isn't a very rewarding place. All we get here for our work is views and a little praise once in a while. It's frustrating to work for a few hours on a ytmnd just to have ACR vote one on it first and nobody look at it cause it has a rating of one.
Well like I said, I have my own limit of three posts. If it doesn't do well by then, it wasn't meant to do well. I've stuck by my rule since the beginning and its worked well for me. I don't spam raymond or moonman gifs and I create quality content most of the time so I'm not worried about doing this place a disservice.
