the only animation is lip sinch that doesn't sink? In the words of Duke Ochololskivich of Bobograd: "Sync is weirdski" srsly tho. ytmnd is the worst field of deployment for a sync-based gifSperiment.

What is the minimum frame delay that is acceptable for cross browser sync? There are 19 frames and the shortest frame is in this animation is .12 seconds.
