Oh man, this happened to one of my friends. It's one of those natural reactions. It sounds kinda *ssh*le-ish but you know why they respond that way. It was practically the same except, my friend was still drunk and I was there too and I was too shocked/petrified to say anything. We were at a beach well after it had closed.
Well the only thing I did wrong was driving too fast because I was in a hurry, but I think he took it to mean I was showing off or something, because I accidentally peeled out a bit right in front of him. In my defense, it was raining. Sometimes tires do that in the rain if you're too anxious off the mark.
