I understand your position, sir. I don't really care about these terms of service or whatever; the description is a calque of the slashdot discussion on the subject. I think it's pretty funny when people get all OMG OUTRAGEOUS DRACONIAN TOS LOL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NAZIS, and thought it was kinda fitting that there was a hidden swastika on the group page.
Zuckerberg isn't actually in charge of squat. Do you really think they'd let a kid be in charge of something so valuable? I think this mix up is what happens when Zuckerberg tries to do something on his own without consulting with his legal staff. I'm sure he's incredibly smart for his age, but there's no way he knows all the identity and privacy laws. The only reason they say he's CEO is to make the company more appealing to investors. NEDM
