So he confesses to being umfuldreturns which means he double-downvotes my sites, too. Of course, we used to be friends, until I disagreed with him about one thing and then I became his enemy.

You know, making alts is not forbidden by the rules, it happens that you want to be another user with different style and behaviour. And of course you are not obliged to tell anybody. Anyway, it's not fair when a person makes alts just to downvote sites.

Exactly - I have alts I use just to comment and make sites, not vote, but Cumfuldion or whatever his name is uses them to downvote
