Look numbnuts, Couric is a journalist and she was doing her job. "What newspapers and magazines do you read" is not a hard question. You think McCain, Obama, or Biden would have a hard time answering that? That's not even a hard warmup question for an interview. This just shows how absolutely out of her depth she is that people act like a simple interview is unfair and baised against her. You act like any media beside Limbaugh and Hannity is the libruls.

This is a loaded question how? Couric is asking Palin what magazines she read with regard to staying informed on the relevant issues prior to the debate. It would be neither surprising nor particularly damaging to Palin to cite conservative sources. Instead, she interrupts and says "all of them." What?

You're right; this election is all about the swing voters! I as an independent, undecided voter am shocked and horrified to learn about Sarah Palin's conservative political stance and didn't realize that John McCain had chosen her in part to appeal to the evangelical voting bloc- and that all this only came to the surface after CBS revealed that she reads The Weekly Standard! Thank God for responsible journalism; without anchors like Katie Couric we'd all be eating sh*t out of a bucket.

It's not a conspiracy if it's out in the open. And I'm not supporting Palin -- I didn't vote for that ticket. But you acting sanctimonious doesn't change the simple fact that most of the media is actively pushing for an Obama win. This interview isn't the most glaring example of that -- but the followup is.
