Oh I did. One of my native buddies at first told me he found it somewhere on the soccer field at my school. He said I should give it to her. I offered it to her, but she declined at first. Then later she changed her mind and wrote that letter. I gave it to her and then my native buddy told me he stole it from Herberger's. Well, I didn't really care. Anyway, she loved the ring. She wore it all the time, until she lost it in a bathroom at some fast food place 100 miles away. Well, we drifted from there on.
