Unfortunately, this really isn't in the same spirit as "You're the Man Now, Dog," because Flapjack is deliberately trying to be silly and/or random, rather than a desperate actor in a pitiful movie saying an absurd line with all intention of being taken seriously. I see this as closer to a straight rip, like Family Guy clips on YouTube.
