The person responsible for this picture is racist.
There is no reason why the bowl of rice + chopsticks are there, we can see the woman is asian just by her looks. He/she either would think that it's public is full of retards suggesting that an Asian person is not easily recognized without the addition of rice and chopsticks, which is absurd. This leaves us to the other possibility that the creator is a sell-out, somehow unable to get the idea across having to resort to racism itself. fived for music alon
actually lonelyguy, i agreed, but i now think the photo creator was trying to convay what was going on. the reason the tough guy was making fun of her was because she was asian and enjoying rice. one step further, that might make him think its a 'harmless' joke between co-workers, but as we learn from the caption.. racism, it's always unacceptable. i'm not trying to be too literal , but it took me a while to make any sense of this pic.
If I wanted to see this picture I would just go visit the website it came from. Taking things from other websites, whether you decide to credit them or not, is stealing. Stolen content is destroying this website. Tell me this: How is someone, who is seriously trying to make an original site in hopes that everyone will enjoy it, supposed to compete with stolen content that complete dumbasses like you upvote to the moon? Its complete bullsh*t, stealing is never justified by crediting.
Because let's face it the guy posted original content on that site right? Hey guys lets make a new policy. No creating ytmnds that have been taken from magazines. Oh wait, the only exception is if no one has put it on the internet. Because being the first know poster of side item give you clear ownership rights to that piece of media, right? I think that's a good rule. Clearly that picture should only be enjoyed by one no-name forum for a measly post.
Forums and places like 4chan are meant for content such as this. Do we really have to bring it here? Do you want this place to be a mindless image dump like those websites or would you rather come here for original content? Many users have made great original work for this website and it is an insult to their efforts when stolen content from other websites are posted here.
actually, let me put it this way..hopefully in a way we can both agree on. you are a YTMND site maker..a registered user at that, so ytmnd represents more than just quick pictures to you. you like to further the art form that is a 'ytmnd', and i respect that. i really do, and i could understand why someone like you hate a ytmnd like this.
but me, im just a person who likes ytmnd.com. i dont make my own sites, but i enjoy coming here and i have for years. ...
but i dont frequent spots like 4chan, or random forums, so as a ytmnd audience member, im glad he found this pic somewhere and shared it with me.
it doesnt take away my enjoyment of well made sites either.
there is room on ytmnd for well made sites, and room for quick humor too, quit trying to 'put the nails in the coffin of ytmnd.' its doing just fine.
well if we're using ur logic then all of ur sites would be stolen content because they're about a charter "sonic" who was in a show that i cold go watch if i really wanted to see him, of course it's "stolen" it all is, he just ade it so that more people could view it because obviously not everyone has seen that magzine
