Honestly, I hadn't known when the pledge had been created until I wiki'd it. This isn't that huge of a flub. Unless I'm missing something here.

"Under god" wasn't added to the pledge of allegiance until the mid 20th century. It used to just be "one nation, indivisible...", but still, most people who weren't alive before the 50's wouldn't know that.
