I deal with idiots everyday and I know an idiot when I hear one. I had to deal with a retarded guy a couple weeks ago...it was a Monday and he wanted the Thursday special with the special price. I told him like 3 times that it doesn't work that way. Then, when one of my co-workers (who had been in a fight the other day) came to help with veggies, the retarded guy was like "Hey. What's wrong with your face? Someone try to kill you?" And I'm thinking "OMG Phill, keep your cool"...luckily he did
Thanks for posting the whole thing. People like this idiot are idiots. At Subway, it's the motherf*cking customer's job to watch through the glass to see what's going on their sandwich as they tell the worker what they want on it. And then, from the way it sounds here, this guy didn't want to pay $12 for $10 sandwiches. Well I bet the moron thought that all the sandwiches were still five dollars, when in fact there is a sign that tells which sandwiches are still $5 while the others are back to regular price
lol you food service industry workers are more emo than My Chemical Romance. Cry moar and make my sandwhich RIGHT the next time. You people with the social defiant disorder ( i don't know if that's an actual disorder but it sounds like one) can't deal with a little criticism. It's a sandwhich; if the customer screws up, you make them a new one and apologize for the misunderstanding. No need to go all "No mommy don't tell me what to do!!!" Also, stop making your special deals hard to decipher. :P
I understood about every third word of that conversation, between his slurred words and the poor cell phone reception. What's even more astonishing is that the 911 operators seemed to be totally cool with his trivial complaint. I'm amazed they didn't berate him for his misuse of 911, and tell him not to call again.
