Yeah, that's basically it. It's when DOG lifts up a giant Combine gatewalker thing, and then Gordon is supposed to jump under it, into the underground passage that is revealed underneath. You can then hear Barney say, "And if you see Dr. Breen, tell him I said 'F... ..u..' which is because DOG releasing the Combine structure causes its crashing to block out Barney's cursing.
You forgot the most important one. Eli Vance was actually modeled from a bum on the street. Valve found him with a sign that said "Looking for work. Will do anything." They paid him to do the modeling. Search it on Google. Also, Barney was modeled from a fat intern down the hall. This is depressing.
