Ray and Lando sites are still a cut above standard YTMND fare. I mean, compare this to screenshots of news articles, lame 2 minute movies that turn out to be "Paris Hilton is a whore" jokes, or video game characters pasted over movies. Besides, it was pretty obvious by the tone Max used and the absurdity of the front page update that the YTMND is Dead thing was a joke. Not to mention the date.

Forced fads, noise sites and endless amounts of Raymond Dancing sites are what make YTMND fun for us. There's an art to them, like finding just the right way to warp a sound, or making things look as "bad" as possible, that the normals don't understand. We put every bit as much effort into our sites as the "normals" do, except we don't brag about it and we really don't give a damn if we get pageviews or not because we have fun doing what we do.
