I see you are new to the whole real life song vs video game song thing. Let me explain some basic stuff to you.
1. You can't go by the tempo. Most video games will speed up the tempo or slow it down, depending on what they want to use it for.
2. Older video games had a limit to the number of sounds they could play at once. Listen to the dominant instrument when comparing.
3. If a RL song and a VG song have similarities, 99% of the time the VG stole it.
